Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified physical therapy assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a physical therapist. You will help implement individualized plans and assist with various PT techniques to promote functional improvement.

You will discuss progress with patients, document responses, and collaborate with the PT, Rehab Director, and facility staff while utilizing standard PT equipment to deliver quality therapy services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment and achieves good outcomes.
• With PT guidance, develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of PT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record responses in charts after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
