• Prepare patients and perform treatment procedures under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Direct and coordinate individual treatments and exercises to restore strength, endurance, coordination, and ROM.
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, and modalities as delegated.
• Instruct patients and families on wheelchairs, crutches, canes, braces, and prosthetic devices.
• Document progress notes and discharge summaries per department policy.
• Maintain patient records and assist with data entry in hospital systems.
