Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved PTA program.
• Licensed to work as a PTA in TN upon hire.
• CPR certification upon hire required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates treatments and exercises per patient plan.
• Performs treatment procedures such as gait training and therapeutic modalities.
• Provides patient/family instruction on devices and gait training.
• Documents progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Maintains patient records and uses EMR systems.
• Assists in assessments and supervises students when applicable.
• Supports weekend/holiday coverage for Rehab Department.
