Job summary

Physicians Choice in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site team full-time. You will work under a Registered Physical Therapist in patients' homes, implementing plans and supporting recovery with hands-on therapy and careful documentation.

Qualifications

• Oregon PTA license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.
• Excellent communication with patients and care team.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy plans as directed by a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Travel to and from patient homes to provide therapy services.
• Assist patients in performing prescribed exercises.
• Document patient progress in records and report outcomes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with regulations.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about treatment plans.
