Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of a Physical Therapist, you will assist in delivering care tailored to each patient’s plan of care and contribute to achieving excellent functional outcomes.

You will help implement treatment programs, manage therapy sessions, document patient progress, communicate with therapists and staff, and operate standard PT equipment to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
• Help develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Document patient conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate standard physical therapy equipment.
