This safety-sensitive position requires PTA licensure in Oklahoma and BLS certification. Prior hospital or outpatient orthopedics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Oklahoma PTA licensure required; Form 5 supervisor confirmation may be approved by Administration.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsabilités

• Provide a physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and assist after the initial evaluation.
• Deliver rehabilitation and preventative instruction to maximize functional independence.
