Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy licensure.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, conduct and oversee an individualized, medically prescribed physical therapy plan of care to restore function and prevent disability.
• Provide preventative instruction and rehabilitation of dysfunction or pain with emphasis on movement and therapeutic applications.
• Participate in in-service training, quality improvement initiatives, documentation, charging, ordering equipment and supplies, and supervising staff.
