Sigma Health Rehab in Bath, NY, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate is licensed in New York or a graduate of an approved PTA program, with geriatric or skilled-nursing fieldwork experience preferred.

• Measure & record resident's motor function, strength, and muscle performance
• Observe and document on resident performance
• Treat residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and massage, assist residents in carrying out specific exercises
• Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team
