Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility in Monsey, NY. You will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, and provide hands-on therapy to relieve pain and improve function.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and current New York State PTA license. Flexible schedules and mentorship are offered to support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resident’s conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.

• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence and protects facility by keeping information confidential.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members and contributes to team effort.
