Job summary

The Lodge of Saginaw is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled nursing team in Saginaw, Texas. You will support rehabilitation plans and work closely with clinicians to deliver compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Texas (Texas license required).
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and documenting patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
• Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
• Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members

Must Haves

• PTA -Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas
• Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
• Experience with EMR
