What You’ll Do:

Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist

Lead therapeutic exercises and mobility training sessions

Monitor resident progress and provide clear documentation

Encourage and motivate residents through their recovery journey

Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and rehab team members

Maintain a positive and respectful environment for all

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Valid PTA license in the state of Ohio

Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach

A passion for helping others regain independence

Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required
