Job Responsibilities

1. Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork, and process payroll.
2. Maintaining open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience.
3. Facilitating communication with Lead Physical Therapist to manage patient care.
4. Completing in-home therapy services, providing education to patients and caregivers, and maintaining detailed notes on all paperwork.
5. Attending meetings as needed with the therapy team.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
2. Current Physical Therapy Assistant License for the state of Ohio.
3. Ability to travel to patients' homes or facilities.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Home healthcare experience is preferred.
