Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative therapy team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions to fit your schedule.

You will provide skilled PT services, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized plans to improve mobility and quality of life for residents. Join a supportive department with opportunities for growth and interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing required.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents throughout the facility.
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Provide skilled interventions and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
