The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric care team in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate must hold a current state license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and be passionate about improving residents’ mobility and quality of life.

You will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness.

Qualifications

• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold a current state PTA license.
