This full-time role supports patients through treatment, progress updates, and discharge planning while offering growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

The position offers an hourly wage of $27–$37 per hour, with traditional M-F, 8a–4:30p hours.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Previous patient-care experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities.
• Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan.
• Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.
• Documents services provided and patient response/progress.
• Assists with patient discharge planning and education on adaptive equipment.
