Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation's St. Catherine Rehab Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time on-site role in Indiana. The PTA will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, document care, and educate patients and families while assisting with discharge planning.

Qualified candidates hold PTA licensure, BLS/CPR, and have a patient-focused approach to support community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Previous experience in patient care preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities.
• Monitors patient's responses and progress; communicates with supervising therapist.
• Documents services provided and patient response/progress.
• Educates patient and family about deficits; assists with discharge planning.
• Provides information on adaptive equipment and community support programs.
