Medical Services of America, Inc.’s Medi Home Health Agency in Culpeper, VA is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy across Culpeper, Orange, and Madison within a 50 mile radius. You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and independence in their homes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license in Virginia (required).
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable PTA experience (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services as outlined in the plan of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Carry out treatment protocols that support mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the PT or Case Manager.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with educating patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team and provide in-home therapy services across Culpeper, Orange, & Madison (50 Mile Radius), VA.

In this meaningful clinical role, you’ll help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
