Shores of Worthington is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in a long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of a physical therapist to deliver quality therapy, document progress, and assist in discharge planning.

Responsabilités

• Maintain rehabilitation standards per the facility's mission and goals.
• Provide quality therapy services under supervision of the PT.
• Screen patients to determine need for evaluation.
• Treat patients to relieve pain and restore function under PT supervision.
• Document treatment and communicate progress to the team.
• Discharge planning and coordination with supervising PT.
