Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Bryan, OH seeks a caring Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team across skilled nursing, assisted living and outpatient therapy settings. You will work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and support patient progress, with a focus on improving quality of life for seniors.

We offer a sign-on bonus ($3,500 part-time / $6,000 full-time) and pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Active State Licensure or certification (PTA) in Ohio.
• Ability to work in skilled nursing, assisted living and outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress and plans with the Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment notes and support discharge summaries as required.
• Participate in care plan meetings when needed.
• Adhere to professional practice acts and company policies.
