Life Care Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct rehab services under a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support long-term and short-term care across SNFs, contributing to functional progress and quality of life in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

Graduate of an ASPT program in physical therapy.
Active licensure in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

Follow treatment plans under the supervising PT.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
