Job summary

Pediatric Therapy Partners of LA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support children in developing skills for greater independence. You will work under the supervision of Physical Therapists to deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services that help kids reach their full potential.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate families on techniques to use at home, and participate in continuing education to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana PTA license.
• Ability to adapt to patients with different involvement levels.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Interest in children’s therapy and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to children under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
