This full-time position requires an Associate's degree, active licensure or temporary permit in the practice state, and Health Care Provider BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree and state licensure or temporary permit.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering therapy procedures.
• Document patient progress notes as directed.
• Provide technical assistance and direction to the Physical Therapy aide and coordinate workload.
