Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT in patients' homes. PTAs implement chosen components of plan of care and communicate patient progress to the supervising therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license/certification.
• Driver’s license valid in TX.
• Experience per state requirements for home health PTA.
• CPR certification up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision of licensed PT.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions and treatments.
• Maintain patient records and communicate progress to supervising PT.
