Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in St. Peters, MO is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide services at patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. You will implement selected interventions and help patients achieve goals in their home setting.

Required are CAPTE-accredited PTA training, an unrestricted PTA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license or certification (state specific).
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Experience as required by the State Board to treat patients in their homes.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation with auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed PT.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions and treatments.
• Maintain documentation and comply with home health care standards.
