Renton Health and Rehabilitation in Renton, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We offer full-time and PRN positions with competitive hourly rates and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

No travel between facilities and supportive local leadership. As a PTA, you will assist in delivering treatment plans across orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Washington (or eligible).
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care.
• Support patient mobility and functional goals under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress per SNF standards.
• Use current equipment and modalities.
