Valley View Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Renton, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. We offer Full-Time and PRN positions with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time. Expect daytime hours in a single, supportive facility with a diverse caseload and modern therapy gym.

Competitive pay: Full-Time $50-$60/hour; PRN $60-$65/hour, plus benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA contribution, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay options. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• SNF experience is a plus – but new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with in-house therapy team to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

This is a great opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care. Our facility has been recently updated with a new therapy gym & equipment.

Full Time: $50-$60/hour

PRN: $60-$65/hour
