Qualifications

• Active PTA license in WA (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload (orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, long-term care).
• Support patient mobility and functional goals under the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress per SNF standards.
• Utilize current equipment and modalities in therapy sessions.
