Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for our home health team in St. Peters, MO.

This full-time role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to restore or maintain well-being, with PT treatments based on referrals and evaluations. The position requires a valid Physical Therapist license, at least two years of experience, CPR and Hepatitis profile, and knowledge of durable medical equipment.
