Connect Pediatrics seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Mesquite, Texas area. You will provide in-home therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage with families to track progress and goals for each child.

Qualifications

• Valid, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting care and changes to the treatment plans.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss progress.

• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
