Connect Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Coppell, TX. You will provide in-home therapy to pediatric patients, aligning plans with physician orders and communicating progress with families and care teams.

The role emphasizes collaborative care, one-on-one family engagement, and thorough documentation to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver\'s license, and automotive insurance.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients.
• Engage with families, providing regular communication and updates on goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress.

• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient


• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.


• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with PT Supervisor/team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
