Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to assist patients and support administrative functions in our Mesa clinic. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma ( healthcare training a plus) and strong communication skills. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas and ensure comfort and safety.
• Support front-office tasks during downtime (phone, scheduling, payments).
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain organized patient records and scheduling; assist with billing procedures.
• Aid therapists by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
