Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide in Las Vegas, NV, to support therapists and front-office operations. You’ll assist with patient transitions, prepare equipment, and help maintain an organized clinic environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, accurate scheduling, and billing support, with a focus on a collaborative team and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare education is a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.
