Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists and patients in our Reno clinics. You will assist with transitions to therapy, equipment preparation, records, and front-office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare education a plus.
• Prior healthcare experience or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support a positive clinic environment and assist with patient needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas as directed by therapists.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office tasks when downtime occurs (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing required materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily cleaning and stocking.
