Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and therapists in our clinic. You will assist with patient transitions, prepare equipment, and help manage front-desk tasks and records.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and reliable administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment open Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas and ensure comfort and safety.
• Support clinic operations and customer service with a positive attitude.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and assist with billing.
