Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment; support therapists during sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform prescribed exercises and home programs.
