Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check‑in and throughout visits.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and benefit verification.
• Prepare treatment areas, set up/adjust equipment, and support clinicians.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with prescribed home exercise programs.
