Athletico in Marion, Illinois is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will help prepare patients for therapy, assist with treatments, and perform light administrative duties in a clinic setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior Rehab Tech experience preferred. Strong communication, attention to detail, and compassion for patients are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: Rehabilitation Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: strong communication, documentation, time management, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and work areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
