Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide in Marion, IL. You will greet patients, assist clinicians during treatments, and perform approved administrative duties in line with state guidelines.

You will help prepare patients for sessions, monitor exercises, apply basic modalities, and keep areas tidy and stocked. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients performing exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks with supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• Help track non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
