Athletico Physical Therapy in Chicago is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative duties in compliance with state requirements.

You will work with physical therapists and assistants, perform routine treatments like hot/cold packs and basic modalities, maintain the treatment area, and help with scheduling, inventory, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient care that exceeds expectations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains supply areas.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and files paperwork.
