Athletico in Illinois is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care and clinic operations. You will assist therapists, prep treatment rooms, and help with scheduling and filing.

This role works closely with clinicians and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. Responsibilities include patient preparation, documenting treatments, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; clear documentation of projects.
• Attention to detail and time management; focus on patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks restrooms and supplies; maintains clean clinic environment.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phone calls, scheduling, and filing.
• Tracks clinic supplies and may order inventory.
