Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and patient care at our Illinois clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in a collaborative setting.

You will perform routine therapies, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with scheduling, inventory, and patient experience coordination. This role offers benefits and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Able to work with clinicians and patients in a clinic setting.
• Attention to detail and time management required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for therapy and assist with treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises under staff guidance.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and ultrasounds.
• Clean area and equipment after treatment.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for the clinic.
