Qualifications

• Must have healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during daily check-in and appointment time.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, benefits, and forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
