Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and visits.
• Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up equipment.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs.
