Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Assist clinicians by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and adjusting equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
