Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake/registration to promote efficiency.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as prescribed.
