ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care in Wisconsin. You will support therapists, assist with patient check-in, prepare treatment areas, and help patients perform prescribed exercises under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare experience in PT aide roles or related fields.
• Certified Personal Trainer experience preferred.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and interact with them during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and registration.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
