Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and front-desk operations in our Ohio clinic. You will help with patient setup, treatment support, and routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma and prior rehab tech or clinical aide experience, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude. This role involves light lifting and patient interaction in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document projects clearly.
• Attention to detail and time management are essential.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients; team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with procedures.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under professional supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work areas and equipment after treatments.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
