Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will help with patient prep, treatment support, and administrative tasks in a clinic setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear documentation, and compassionate patient care, with duties ranging from assisting therapists to managing schedules and supplies, in a supportive, clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; internship preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient/service oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Compassion toward patients and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Maintains linens, restrooms, and supplies.
• Answers phones and supports scheduling and filing.
• Monitors inventory and assists with supplies as needed.
