Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians, greet patients, and perform administrative and clinical duties. You’ll work alongside therapists and assistants, ensuring compliance with state practice acts and contributing to a positive patient experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and reliable execution of routine treatments, charting, and scheduling in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Ability to work with patients and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments and modalities such as hot/cold packs and ultrasounds.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assists with tracking and ordering inventory.
