ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and patients in a busy clinic. You’ll assist with patient check-in, equipment setup, and therapy support while gaining hands-on healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience (PT aide/technician, MA, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry) preferred.
• Certified Personal Trainer experience preferred.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling to support clinicians.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
